These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the website located at thecheffactoryabaco.com, The Chef Factory Abaco mobile applications, and any other websites or applications associated with The Chef Factory Abaco brands or products that direct the viewer or user to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). In these Terms, the terms “The Chef Factory Abaco,” “we,” “The Chef Factory," and “us” refers to The Chef factory Abaco, Inc. and its respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

Your access to and use of the Sites is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you should discontinue access or use of the Site.

Product Info-ALL of The Chef Factories products displayed at the Site are available while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and BSD (Bahamian Dollars) and are valid and effective only in The Bahamas.

Payment and Delivery-As thecheffactoryabaco.com is an online website, and all orders placed on our website much be paid in FULL before shipping or delivery commences. Depending on your address or delivery address, your order may take anywhere from one (1) day to three (3) weeks. If for any reason your order is estimated to take longer than the above mentioned time, The Chef Factory Abaco will reach out to you personally via email: with a reason for the late arrival.

Communication to You-You agree that we may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of our products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as The Chef Factory deems appropriate.

Lost/Stolen or Damaged items-The Chef Factory Abaco is not to be held responsible for any package/packages after they have been delivered to a shipping company or airport. Damaged items have been specifically stated under the return and refund policy.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: EXCEPT IF YOU OPT-OUT AND EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN THE ARBITRATION SECTION BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND THE CHEF FACTORY ABACO WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
