Customers are permitted thirty (30) days to return an unwanted product. Products are required to be returned to The Chef Factory Abaco © properly packaged and in the condition received. Consumable items and any other condition leave grounds for NO REFUND. All items MUST BE accompanied by a VALID RECEIPT to receive a refund.
If an item is broken BEFORE use, please provide a valid photo of the damaged merchandise and shipping details (date that product was received must be included). All disputes can be sent to thecheffactoryabaco@gmail.com. After five (5) days, the product will be considered usable and there will be NO REFUND.
